Campanula grossekii Heuff.

Flora Europaea perennial, H mesoxeric, petrophile, characteristic for the 'shibliak' submediterranean shrubberies western Dacian-north-western Balkan Syringo-Carpinion orientalis R3123-3127 habitats         One of the most peculiar species of Campanula in the whole Palearctic flora, with a curious mixing of characters. It occurs from Deva, Simeria and Olt defile to the south-west on petrophile mesoxeric  habitats. The hairs of the plant are quite irritant - a characteristic never to be encountered again in Campanula Pictures taken in Iron Gates Natural Park area, on 4th of August 2006 dr.
